AIA Longeva ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the AIA Longeva mobile application.
Information We Collect
Account Information
- Email address
- Name
- Profile information you provide (including phone number when you choose to provide it)
- Delivery or service address when you submit a biomarker test booking request through the app
- If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the name and email they provide
Health and Profile Information
- Height, weight, and health profile data
- Biomarkers and lab report data
- Medications and health history
- Health reports uploaded by you
- Data from connected health apps and devices (e.g. steps, sleep, heart rate, blood pressure) when you connect Apple Health or Google Health Connect, used to provide health and longevity insights
Files and Reports
When you upload health reports, files are stored securely and biomarker information may be extracted to provide health insights.
AI Processing (OpenAI)
Certain features of AIA Longeva use AI services provided by OpenAI, a third-party provider. We send data to OpenAI only when you use those features:
- AIA Lens: your messages and conversation context are sent to OpenAI to generate responses.
- Lab report parsing: when you choose to analyze a lab report, the extracted text from your report is sent to OpenAI to identify biomarker results.
We only send the minimum data needed for each feature. Data is transmitted securely and used solely to provide the requested functionality. OpenAI processes this data under their privacy policy and our agreement with them, with the same or equal protection we apply to your data. OpenAI does not use your data to identify you personally. We do not sell or share your personal health data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Location Information
We may collect location information to provide environmental and health-related features (e.g. weather and regional service availability).
Voice and Microphone
With your permission, we may use microphone access only to convert your voice to text for certain features (e.g. AI Lens). We do not use voice data to identify you or for marketing.
Crash and Performance Data
We collect crash and performance data (e.g. crash reports) to improve app stability, via Google Firebase Crashlytics.

- Store and manage your health profile
- Facilitate biomarker test booking requests submitted through the app.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is securely stored using encrypted connections and trusted providers such as Google Firebase, which provides authentication, secure cloud storage, database services, and crash reporting.

Account and Data Deletion
You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Profile or Settings). You may also contact hello@aialongeva.com to request deletion or for assistance.
Children's Privacy
AIA Longeva is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
